The cream works very well. It's a game changer and an attitude adjuster. I had learned to deal with this situation without any help bc I didn't know at one point in time these products existed. Once I applied it it worked fairly quickly. I felt balanced and I was able to fully focused on what I needed to do that day bc after I applied it the discomfort had gone away soon after which allowed me to be in the moment .
